Size of the projects
We realize commercial buildings in various sectors. The size of our projects varies from 1000m² GFA to 100,000m² GFA or more. Think of office buildings, product spaces, warehouses, (chemical) factories, data centers, warehouses for fruit and vegetables, car garages and shipyards.
Construction teams
Our preference is to work with a construction team. We can put together the right team for any project. We have short lines of communication, thanks to which we are able to communicate swiftly. The construction team may consist of the client, the contractor, the consultant, the architect and the interior designer.

At Van Mourik Bouw we work under various certifications and labels. In addition, we do digital recording to ensure that the safety, quality and sustainability of the product and the construction is guaranteed.
