On Tesselschadestraat in Amsterdam, Van Mourik Bouw has created a high-end penthouse featuring exquisite details. This penthouse has been created within a listed building. In addition, Van Mourik Bouw restored the wooden roof structure in this penthouse, which features a magnificent crown beam. In collaboration with interior designer RVO Design, this penthouse has been finished with high-quality contemporary materials and a bespoke interior.
This penthouse features an external turret from which you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy a stunning view of Amsterdam. During construction, great attention was paid to ‘fluss’ design, such as concealed door frames, spotlights recessed flush into the ceiling, skirting boards flush with the wall, etc.
