Van Mourik Bouw was commissioned by our client in Noordwijk to carry out the renovation of a luxury flat situated on the third floor, with a floor area of 330 m². Van Mourik Bouw completely gutted the flat and then transformed it into a high-end, luxury property. The flat offers a view of the countryside on one side and, across the full width of the flat on the other, a stunning view of the North Sea.
Throughout the apartment, there are rounded corners that are carried through in natural stone, stucco and joinery. Van Mourik Bouw has fitted the entire apartment with a new, contemporary building services system, including underfloor heating and full home automation control. Van Mourik Bouw also provided the bespoke interior of the apartment, with an eye-catching wine rack featuring translucent natural stone, which is illuminated from behind. The steel facades with unique glass from Italy are also a distinctive feature of this beautiful apartment.
