A listed building on Van Eeghenstraat in Amsterdam has been renovated. The flat is situated next to the famous Vondelpark, and Van Mourik Bouw has replaced and restored various listed features, including the richly decorated ceiling. Part of the ceiling had been lost during a previous renovation and has been restored to its former glory by us.
In addition, a combination has been created between heritage features and a sleek, contemporary look and feel. For instance, part of the property has been fitted with a sleek, contemporary bespoke interior, whilst another part features a bespoke interior that complements the heritage character of the building.
