We built an exclusive detached house with an impressive thatched roof for our client. The house has a full basement and is characterised by high-quality finishes. Sleek plasterwork is combined with oak posts and slender steel window frames, creating a timeless and luxurious look.
The basement has been partially converted into a heated car park, accessible via a circular ramp. In addition, a fully equipped wellness area has been created in the basement, complemented by an attractive and functional wine cellar.
An absolute highlight is the indoor-outdoor swimming pool with an infinity edge section, allowing swimmers to move from indoors to outdoors. This is made possible by a sliding partition that divides the pool into two sections. To close off the pool, an ingeniously designed steel flap has been installed, which recesses seamlessly into the floor and disappears completely from view.
