Odin & Spirit (NL) is a two-in-one store and restaurant. A supermarket owner and a restaurant owner, both specializing in organic food products, joined forces to create a unique design. The design makes extensive use of natural materials to create a warm atmosphere. Van Mourik Bouw completed the project in 25 weeks, and the space covers an area of 700 m². The organic supermarket Odin flows seamlessly into the restaurant Spirit, and vice versa.
