Boskalis (Cofra) - Amsterdam

Commissioned by Boskalis, Mourikbouw BV constructed a modern new industrial hall with a gross floor area of approximately 14,000 m². The rear section of the hall houses offices for the technical department, spread over several floors. Modern workshops have also been built.

We also completely renovated the existing offices at the front of the hall, ensuring they once again meet contemporary standards. As part of this extension, additional storeys have been added, ensuring the building is future-proofed.

Bijzonderheden

The industrial building has a robust design, featuring a full base course of concrete panels topped with steel sandwich panels. The complex includes a spacious wash bay and a covered double loading bay.

The flat roof is fully fitted with solar panels, combined with large batteries for energy storage. In addition, the building features a modern entrance with photovoltaic panels and an attractively furnished canteen.
