Odin is an organic supermarket that has been bringing the highest-quality organic and biodynamic products from farmers and growers to customers’ tables since 1983. Van Mourik Bouw completed the design by Odin (NL)—the client and designer of this project—in 14 weeks, resulting in a 410-square-meter space.
The entire store features a plastered ceiling with a sleek arrangement of light strips. These light strips and the plastered ceiling create a unique atmosphere in the store. In addition, whitewashed wooden furniture manufactured by Van Mourik Bouw has been used. This furniture comes from our own machine-cut wood production facility.
