Odin is an organic supermarket that has been bringing the highest-quality organic and biodynamic products from farmers and growers to customers’ tables since 1983. Van Mourik Bouw designed and built a retail space for the Odin organic supermarket chain in Almere. The space features a concrete-look coated floor. Efforts were made to create a natural atmosphere, partly by leaving the original ceiling exposed and incorporating the wooden sliding doors and custom-designed store fixtures.
