On the outskirts of Amsterdam, we completed this attractive building for our client, Safestore Holdings PLC. Safestore is the largest self-storage group in the United Kingdom and a leading player in Europe. The company operates more than 200 sites in the United Kingdom and is steadily expanding its presence on the European mainland.
The specially manufactured three-metre-high concrete walls, with their distinctive profile, give the building a robust and modern appearance. In addition, the green façade, which has been incorporated into various sections of the building’s exterior, creates a natural whole that allows the building to blend beautifully into the surrounding landscape.
We have landscaped the surrounding grounds with great care for nature. We have used native plants, ponds, landscaped banks and open semi-paving, including green grass pavers.
