Van Mourik Bouw had previously carried out a refurbishment of A.Hak’s existing head office. A.Hak is an organisation that delivers solutions for underground infrastructure and related above-ground installations worldwide. Van Mourik Bouw completed the entire project, with a gross floor area of 13,000 m², within two years.
This new building also features an underground car park with space for 160 cars, a 5,000 m² industrial unit and a 3,000 m² office block. In addition, the building features an atrium (courtyard garden) and a walkway has been constructed leading from one building to the other, beneath which lies the basement level of the car park.
