Commissioned by Gamma Beheer B.V. (NL), Van Mourik Bouw completed the design by Brand BBA in 40 weeks. This sleek production hall, designed for the manufacture of machine lines, also includes an office and has a gross floor area of 800 m². The entire production floor has been treated with a special gray coating to ensure a dust-free environment. In addition, the hall is equipped with overhead cranes in a red color matching Dibalex’s corporate color.
In addition to a special coating applied across the entire production floor, steel strips have also been embedded in the floor. These strips are intended for securing and aligning machine lines during manufacturing.
Sleek aluminum composite frames have been installed on the exterior facade. Within these frames are aluminum louvers, which are fully electrically operated and serve as sunshades in addition to their aesthetic appeal.
