Maintenance planner

Van Mourik Bouw B.V. is a family-run business with over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. Quality, craftsmanship and team spirit are at the heart of what we do. Within our Service & Maintenance team, we work on a wide range of maintenance projects every day: from service projects to scheduled maintenance and renovations. Due to the growth in our maintenance work, we are looking for a Maintenance Planner for 32–40 hours per week who can provide a clear overview and enjoys working with great colleagues and clients.
What will you be doing?
- Planning and coordinating maintenance and service work in a scheduling programme
- Coordinating schedules with tradespeople, subcontractors and clients
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments where necessary
- Processing reports, schedules and work orders in the system
- Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for process improvements
- Ensuring clear and customer-focused communication
What you bring to the role
- MBO+ level of working and thinking
- Experience as a planner, in work planning or within service & maintenance is an advantage
- You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview, even when things get busy
- You have strong communication skills and are customer-focused
- You switch easily between different parties
- An affinity with construction and maintenance
