What will you be doing?

As a Maintenance Carpenter, you are the face of Van Mourik Bouw to our clients. You will work on a wide range of maintenance and service jobs: from minor repairs to scheduled maintenance and renovations. No two days are the same. You will join a team that works daily on a variety of maintenance projects, from service jobs to larger renovations, where teamwork and quality are key. What this means in practice for your work:

You carry out maintenance and repair work independently
You resolve structural defects quickly and professionally
You work with the client to find practical solutions
You work closely with colleagues in planning and work preparation
You ensure quality, safety and a neat finish
You have frequent contact with residents, clients and colleagues

What you bring to the role

Proven experience in the construction industry
A practical approach and solution-oriented mindset
You can work independently and collaborate easily with others
A customer-focused and professional attitude
Preferably an affinity with maintenance and service work
In possession of a Category B driving licence
VCA certificate (or willing to obtain this through us)
