What you will be doing

As an Equipment Manager, you are the point of contact for everything to do with our construction equipment. You ensure that tools, machinery, containers and site huts are complete, tidy and in the right place on time. Thanks to your overview and organisational skills, our equipment management runs smoothly and work on the construction site continues to run efficiently. Your days are varied and no two days are the same: You manage and record all our equipment, from hand tools to large machinery such as construction cranes, telehandlers, aerial work platforms, etc.

You ensure that site huts and tool containers remain complete and well-maintained.
You coordinate maintenance, repairs and inspections, or carry out repairs yourself.
You organise the issue, transport and return of equipment between projects.
You maintain records in digital systems
You identify missing or defective equipment and arrange for replacement or repair.
You actively contribute ideas for improvements in equipment management and logistics.

What you bring to the table

Technical understanding and an affinity with construction equipment.
Proficient with computers (Excel and other digital documents).
Structured, independent and solution-oriented.
Strong communication skills and a practical mindset.
Category B driving licence (Category E is an advantage).
