ALLROUND ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE

The position
We are looking for an Allround Administrative Employee Maintenance Service for 28-40 hours a week. As an Allround Administrative Employee, you are the linchpin in our Service and Maintenance team. You support this small-scale team in the areas of administration, customer contact and invoicing, among other things. You are a positive go-getter and can easily switch from drawing up invoices to telephone contact with customers or working out a contract. In this job, no day is the same. You work in a close-knit and friendly team.

The work includes:

  • Drawing up contracts;
  • Preparing and working out invoices;
  • Having customer contact;
  • Drawing up and checking letters and emails;
  • Making service agreements with the customer;
  • Having contact with subcontractors;
  • Checking and booking purchase invoices;
  • Working out quotations;
  • Checking and booking hours;
  • Other common administrative and additional tasks.

Job requirements

  • MBO/HBO work and thinking level, preferably supplemented with a relevant financial education
  • You work accurately, can set priorities and you are honest and reliable;
  • You can communicate well, without losing sight of customer focus;
  • You can work independently and are also a team player;
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel; Good command of Dutch and English.

MACHINE WOODWORKING APPRENTICE

Are you looking for a fun work/study place where you can make cool products in a small and close-knit team and develop yourself enormously? And are you currently following a training course in mechanical woodworking or are you interested in following one?

Due to growth, Van Mourik Bouw B.V. is looking for an apprentice in mechanical woodworking for 32 hours per week.

Where will you work?

What will you do specifically?
As an apprentice in mechanical woodworking, you will work in our workshop on all kinds of different carpentry activities. For example, you will make custom frames, moldings and window sills and learn how to use various machines for woodworking.

You will work together with two other employees and together you will form a close-knit team.

Your work will include:

  • Measuring and drawing parts;
  • Various carpentry activities;
  • Spraying frames;
  • Loading and unloading trucks;
  • Producing special wood products.

APPRENTICE MACHINIST

Due to growth, Van Mourik Bouw B.V. is immediately looking for a work planner for 32-40 hours per week. For the project leader and executor, you are an important support in the preparation of the projects. From maintaining personal contact with subcontractors to signaling and drawing up additional and reduced work; you are the one who arranges it all! There is certainly no lack of variety in this position. One time you are present at the construction site to carry out your work on location and the next time you are working from the office to draw up the planning down to the last detail. This also allows you to keep in touch and in close contact with your own project, the client and your project team.

As a work planner at Van Mourik Bouw, you will work with a professional team on large and small projects throughout the Netherlands. Within this position, you will be responsible for, among other things:

  • Checking working drawings;
  • Developing details of drawings;
  • Drawing up and monitoring the planning;
  • Contacting suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Identifying and drawing up additional and reduced work
  • Frequent consultation with the executor on the construction site;
  • Preparing and attending work discussions and construction meetings;
  • Working on historic buildings, luxury residences;
  • Working with well-known architects;
  • Developing details of drawings;
  • Personal contact with clients and subcontractors;
  • Working from the office and on the construction site.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have MBO/HBO work and thinking level;
  • You have experience in construction;
  • You have a keen eye for quality and planning;
  • You are strong in communication;
  • You have some mastery of the Microsoft Office package;
  • You have experience with a drawing program (AutoCAD or Revit);
  • You have a good command of the Dutch language;
  • You have good construction and technical insight.

The position
We are looking for a Financial Administrative Employee for 32-40 hours a week. As a Financial Administrative Employee, you are partly responsible for the financial administration. You collect, check and process financial data. You work in a team with other colleagues, one of whom has a management position. Within this team there is close and close cooperation.

The work includes:

  • Checking and posting purchase invoices;
  • Ensuring proper processing of reports and other administrative actions;
  • Keeping track of the financial progress of the projects;
