Within our Service & Maintenance team, we work on a wide range of maintenance projects every day: from service work to scheduled maintenance and high-quality renovations. Due to the growth of our operations, we are looking for an Administrative Secretary for Service & Maintenance who can bring structure to the team and provide optimal support.

What will you be doing?

In this varied role, you will combine secretarial duties with administrative support. You will act as the link within the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your duties will include:

  • Secretarial duties:
    • Responding to customers and clients by telephone and email
    • Scheduling maintenance and service work
    • Supporting the team leader and work planners
    • Liaising with service engineers
    • Receiving and assisting customers, residents and business contacts
    • Preparing meetings and taking minutes where necessary
    • Handling correspondence and general communication

  • Administrative tasks
    • Processing reports, work orders and assignments in the system
    • Assisting with planning and maintaining overviews
    • Drafting and processing documents, reports and files
    • Handling invoicing for maintenance projects, including checking and completing the necessary details
    • Monitoring administrative processes and identifying areas for improvement
    • Providing support with project administration


You will work alongside colleagues in the office and professionals in the field on a daily basis, ensuring that information is clear and available in a timely manner. No two days are the same:

What you bring to the role

  • MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking
  • Able and willing to work independently, but also enjoys being part of a friendly team
  • Experience in a secretarial and/or administrative role
  • You work in a structured manner and maintain an overview, even when things get busy
  • You have strong communication skills and are customer-focused
  • You switch easily between different tasks and people
