Van Mourik Bouw B.V. is growing and is currently looking for a Work Planner. You will be the backbone of our project managers and site supervisors, from liaising with subcontractors to identifying and drawing up additional and reduced works. No two days are the same: one day you might be on site taking measurements, the next you might be in the office working on a detailed schedule.

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Work Planner, you will be involved in projects of all sizes throughout the Netherlands. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Checking working drawings;
  • Drawing up and monitoring the schedule;
  • Maintaining contact with suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Preparing for and attending project meetings;
  • Maintaining personal contact with clients;
  • Working from the office and on-site.

Who are we looking for?

  • Vocational or higher vocational education level;
  • Experience in the construction industry;
  • An eye for quality and planning;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Experience with a drawing programme (preferably AutoCAD);
  • Good command of the Dutch language;
  • Good architectural and technical understanding.
